How do I claim my monthly bottle? Just let your server or bartender know you're a member when you arrive.

Can I pick up bottles to take home? Yes — all wines on our retail list are available for take-home purchase. Your member discount automatically applies.

When can I pick up my bottles? All bottles must be picked up in person at Langford Exchange during regular business hours. We do not ship.

Do unused bottle credits roll over to the next month? Monthly bottle credits do not roll over. We encourage you to come in and enjoy yours each month.

Can I pick up more than one bottle per visit? Your membership includes one bottle per month from the Club List. Additional bottles are always available at your member discount.

What's included in my birthday experience for Reserve Members? Reserve Members enjoy a curated tasting flight for two during their birthday month, selected by our team. Just make a reservation and note it in your booking — we'll have it ready.

Is there a limit to how many bottles I can purchase at the member discount? Your 10% member discount applies to all bottle purchases, every visit, with no limit.

When am I billed? Your membership renews on the same date each month. We ask for at least 10 business days notice for any changes or cancellations to ensure they are reflected before your next billing cycle.

Can I gift a membership? Yes — a Cellar Club membership makes a beautiful gift. Ask us at your next visit or reach out directly to get one set up.

Can I upgrade my membership tier? Absolutely. Just let us know and we'll make the switch at your next billing cycle.

Do my discounts apply to private events or ticketed dinners? Member discounts apply to regular visits. Special events and ticketed dinners may have separate pricing, but members always receive early access and priority seating.

Is there a minimum commitment? No minimums, no contracts. Your membership is month to month from day one.

Can I cancel anytime? Yes. No commitment, no hassle. We'd love to keep you, but we'll never hold you to it.
